Fireworks begin at 9:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 4, at Frontier Sports Complex, 3380 Cedar Glade Dr. Admission and parking are free. The Naperville Municipal Band plays patriotic music at 7:30 p.m. under the Wagner Pavilion at 95th Street Community Plaza first. The complex has 906 parking spots, plus another 1,000 spaces at Neuqua Valley High School.

Aurora
Downtown Aurora celebrates a day early. Fireworks go off on Friday, July 3, at dusk, with the best viewing at RiverEdge Park, 360 N Broadway Ave, and McCullough Park, 150 W Illinois Ave. Gates open and music starts at 6 p.m. On July 4, Aurora also hosts its annual parade at 10 a.m. starting at Benton Street and Broadway Street.
Oswego
Oswego goes big this year for Oswego250. Fireworks begin at approximately 9:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 4, at Prairie Point Park, 4120 Plainfield Road. Rain date is July 5. The celebration starts hours early with live music, a classic car show, a kids zone, and food trucks.
Plainfield
Fireworks launch at approximately 9 p.m. on Friday, July 3, from Plainfield Central High School, 24120 Fort Beggs Drive. The Plainfield Food Truck Festival runs 4 to 9 p.m. right next door at the Prairie Activity and Recreation Center, 24550 W. Renwick Road.

Lisle. Fireworks light up Friday, July 3, at 9:30 p.m. at Community Park. A parade follows on July 4 at 10 a.m., ending with an ice cream social at The Museums of Lisle Station Park.

Bolingbrook. Fireworks happen at dusk on Saturday, July 4, at Bolingbrook Golf Club. Remote viewing is also available at Eichelberger Elementary School, John F. Kennedy Middle School, and Plainfield East High School.
Romeoville. Romeoville is promising its biggest show yet, with two simultaneous fireworks displays at 9:30 p.m. on Friday, July 3, launching from Village Park and Discovery Park.
